47th Annual Woodcarving & Wildlife Art Festival

As of March 11, due to circumstances beyond our control, we must regrettably cancel this year’s show.  Millersville University has suspended all activities and that includes our show.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  We hope to try again next year, and we hope you will participate.

Theme:  Spring to Life

Over 30 exibitors show off their wood carving and wildlife art.  Competition, door prizes, silent auction, books, tools, free beginning carving lessons, carving supplies & free demonstrations take place during this fun weekend.  Parking is free; handicap and elderly easy access parking is across from show entrance.  On-Site Food Truck is available, as well.

Northeast WoodCarvers Round Up

July 19-22, 2020

This Round up, in Honesdale, PA at Cherry Ridge Campgrounds, is a very unstructured, no pressure, carefree carving event with very few guidelines.  If you'd like to learn how to carve or improve your skills, carving classes start on Monday - Wednesday from 9-4 (with an hour for lunch) and Thursday until 3.  The only instructional cost is for materials needed for the workshops you take.   Non carving visitors are welcome anytime during the round up.  Registration is required.  More Information.

Fall Carve-In

September 25-27, 2020

The Cherry Ridge Carvers sponsor the Fall Carve In, in Honesdale, PA at Cherry Ridge Campgrounds.  It is an opportunity to learn the art and craft of wood carving.  It is also for sharing experiences and ideas about woodcarving.  Classes start on Friday at 1pm and end Sunday about 3pm.  The only instructional cost is for materials needed for the workshops you take.  More Information.
